This article talks about the first insider attack of 2013. The attack happened on Monday evening when an Afghan soldier shot and killed a British soldier who was helping to build new quarters for the Afghan National Army at Camp Hazrat,a small British and Afghan joint military patrol base in southern Afghanistan.
